Q: How to use the Shopping Cart?
Answer: Find a design that interests you and add it to your cart using the 'Add to Basket' buttons from any item info page.
Step 1 - Review Your Cart. When you are in your cart, you will see all the items you added and the cart subtotal. You can remove or edit items form the cart. When you are ready to complete your order, just click ' Checkout'.
- Step 2 - Payment Info. Enter your credit card information here. Your details will remain secure with us.
- Step 3 - Checkout. Review your order summary here, and make sure the payment information you have entered is accurate. If you want to make any last-minute changes to your order, you can do that from this page. When you are satisfied with your order, click the 'Place Order' button.
- Step 4 - Order Confirmation. Your order is complete! This page provides a summary of your order and a receipt for your records. An email will be sent to you confirming your purchase. You can access the items you bought from this page.
Q: How do I remove or edit the items in my cart?
Answer: You can remove items from your cart when you are in your shopping cart. When you are in 'Your Cart', use the check boxes to select any items you wish to remove and click the 'Remove' button. Selected items will be immediately removed from your cart.
Q: How do I receive my designs?
Answer: Your design will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours after receiving your order. The file you receive will be in the ZIP format. It can be opened using WinZip. Each designs comes with a color chart . We strongly recommend you to use this color chart to pick the threads for the design.
If you do not wish to download your design(s), a CD of your designs can be made and mailed to you for a charge of $10.00.
Q: How can I get my designs on a CD?
Answer: Use the button below if you wish to have your order placed on a CD and mailed to you
There is a $10 fee for each order that you want placed on a CD
and must be paid for at the time of your order.
Q: What do I do if the files are corrupted?
Answer: Don't panic. Contact us immediately and we will help you solve the problem.
Q: What is your refund policy?
Answer: We do not refund purchases, but we will provide technical support. If you are unsure that your hardware will support our designs, please download our Free Design first. We guarantee only the quality of the files and formats we provide. If you purchase our designs for conversion or resizing, then you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the quality of the converted or resized files or failure to convert or to resize them.
Q:What is your copyright policy?
Answer: You can sell or give away items that you produce with our designs. However, you cannot sell or share the design file. This policy also applies to our free designs. If you know someone who would like our designs, please ask them to visit our website.
Q:When I download the designs, the colors are different than the ones on the website
Answer: We can not guarantee that your software will reflect the thread colors that we used to sew the designs. Each machine format has a certain amount of colors in its palette.Because of this, not all colors will translate from the digitized file to the machine embroidery file.
We make a list of the colors that we used to sew the design and provide that for you on color change sheets. Instead of following the colors in your software, follow the color change sheet that is provided for the design. Color change sheets are located near the image of the design on the website.
Q: Why doesn't my design show up in my machine?
Answer: A design may not show up in your machine for the following reasons:
1. The format is not included in the design name. (Wrong: Angel) (Correct: Angel.pes)
2. The design is too large for your machine's sewing area.
3. The design is not centered.
Q: The format I need isn't listed. How can I get the format I need?
Answer: If the format your machine uses is not listed it may be because the design is too large for most machines using that format. If the design doesn't fit within your machine's sewing area, contact customer support to request the design be converted into the necessary format.
